fix(routing): accommodate longer DOI prefixes in URLs 
Modified the DOI rewrite rule to accept prefixes with more than four digits. This change ensures compatibility with a wider range of DOIs, preventing potential 404 errors and improving the robustness of URL parsing.

Duck Behavior Journal

Description

This is the WordPress theme for the Duck Behavior Journal website. It is a custom theme that was built from scratch based on Bootstrap.

It includes:

  • Custom post type for articles
    • Field to list authors
      • Lead author "et al." is listed on the index and archive pages
    • Field for "DOI" (Digital Object Identifier)
      • Generator for DOI
        • Prefix configurable in Customizer (please change this to your own prefix)
      • DOI link on the article page
      • DOI resolver (https://example.com/nn.nnnn/xyz* forwards to the respective article)
