[Bug] Preceding Article Notes do not Italicize #7

In Wikipedia, notes that precede the article itself, typically notes that serve to lead the end user to disambiguation pages and other topics the user shouldn't confuse the article with, are shown in italics at the top of the article in order to indicate that they are not part of the article itself.

Wikimore currently does not italicize these notes. In articles that have both longer preceding notes and short introductory segments, this can lead the end user to confuse the preceding notes as part of the article.

To give an example, here is the Wikipedia article for the letter C compared to the Wikimore equivalent:

https://wikimore.private.coffee/wiki/en/wiki/C
