For the Heading of an Infobox, when regarding individuals with honorific titles and awards, the links to those titles and awards have a colour shade that exactly matches the Header background.

As an example, here is the Header for former Saskatchewan premier Tommy Douglas at this link:

https://wikimore.private.coffee/wiki/en/wiki/Tommy%20Douglas

One is only able to determine that the links are there simply because of the word "and" being present, and the ability to highlight the otherwise invisible text:
