There is an upstream issue about this that I can't be bothered to look for. Anyway, either Travelynx or the HAFAS data source is currently unable to work out time zones properly. For example, using the ÖBB backend, trains in Portugal display CE(S)T times for departures and arrivals, but WE(S)T times for intermediary stops. There is definitely some fix for this.
