Steve Ruiz 9e4dbd1901 [fix] geo shape text label placement (#1927) ... This PR fixes the text label placement for geo shapes. (It also fixes the way an ellipse renders when set to dash or dotted). There's still the slightest offset of the text label's outline when you begin editing.
