This PR:
- removes feature flags for people menu, highlighter shape
- removes debugging for cursors
- adds a debug flag for hiding shapes
- changes Canvas to use `useValue` rather than `track`
- removes the default background color on `tl-background`
- in the editor components, makes `Background` null by default
