history options / markId / createPage (#1796) 
This PR:

- adds history options to several commands in order to allow them to
support squashing and ephemeral data (previously, these commands had
boolean values for squashing / ephemeral)

It also:
- changes `markId` to return the editor instance rather than the mark id
passed into the command
- removes `focus` and `blur` commands
- changes `createPage` parameters
- unifies `animateShape` / `animateShapes` options
