Fix positioning of default cursor (#1458) 
This PR fixes the default custom cursor being slightly out-of-position
compared to MacOS cursor.

### Test Plan

1. On Mac, right-click on the canvas.
2. When the cursor swaps out for the OS cursor... it should stay in the
same position.
