Steve Ruiz	352c19fcac	[fix] rename global in @tldraw/state to avoid collissions (#1672) ... We saw an issue on stackblitz where the `global` constant was causing a conflict (possibly because that environment was injecting its own `global`). Steve Ruiz	5cb08711c1	Incorporate signia as @tldraw/state (#1620) ... It tried to get out but we're dragging it back in.
