This was @Taha-Hassan-Git 's idea originally but I thought it wasn't
necessary at the time (with our much shorter list of examples just a
couple months ago!). I think now that we have a plethora of examples
that @Taha-Hassan-Git 's original instinct here was correct and we
should a filter box.

### Release Notes
- Examples: add a filter box.
Our font styling for dotcom vs. our examples app is _ever_ so slightly
different.
- the Inter fonts weren't being consistently linked. Sometimes we
grabbed 700, sometimes 800, sometimes 500 or 400
- the dotcom specified a default weight of 500 and line-height 1.6 which
was not specified in the our UI. this made the UI inconsistent
- furthermore, we didn't specify `text-rendering` nor `font-smooth` and
that also made things inconsistent
- finally, our buttons needed to inherit the line-height because
otherwise they were reverting to the user agent default
before:

This diff mostly adds an image annotator example, but also has a couple
of drive-by changes:
- Added a 'use-cases' category to the examples app for this style of
mini-app
- Add `editor.pageToViewport`, which is like `editor.pageToScreen` but
works with viewport coordinates (better for `InFrontOfTheCanvas` stuff)
- Prevent the chrome side-swipe-to-go-back thing in the examples app
Some cool features of the image annotator:
- The image cannot be unlocked, and cannot have shapes places behind it
- I still need to work out a way of removing the context menu though
- Anything you place outside the bounds of the image (and therefore
outside the bounds of the export) will be greyed out
- You can't change pages
- unless you find the "move to page" action... need to fix that
- The camera is constrained! It'll keep the image roughly centered on
the screen. If you pick a very long thin image, you can only scroll
vertically. If you pick a very big one, it'll default it to a reasonable
size.

- [x] `feature` — New feature
This PR adds collapsible groups to the examples app.
it's not finished, but I'd like a review before continuing as I've made
a few decisions I'd like feedback on. I'd like to make a separate issue
for abstracting the accordion component, as I wasn't sure how I would do
it and I thought it would be best to prioritise the functionality first.
Especially considering there are more pressing issues to be getting on
with.

This PR adds an issue template to request an example on the repo. And
adds a button to the examples app to request an example.
I've added a blue background to the view code button to distinguish it
from the request example. I think it makes the most sense as our primary
button for the page.

We were blocking scrolling on touch devices with `touch-action: none`.
This diff moves that from the `<body>` onto just the editor itself.
### Change Type
- [x] `documentation` — Changes to the documentation only[^2]
Adds example descriptions to active examples. Some examples only have
descriptions and no details, so we should show both on the example
details
### Change Type
- [x] `documentation` — Changes to the documentation only[^2]
Adds descriptions to examples.

They show as a list on the index page, and on individual examples they
show in a three-js style sidebar. For now, this is disabled completely
on mobile. Examples can still be opened in 'standalone' mode to get rid
of the sidebar.
Note: the 'view code' link won't work until after these changes are
merged.
There's a small impact on authoring examples: each one needs to live in
a folder with a README.md. At a minimum, the readme needs to look like
this:
```md
---
title: My Example
component: ./MyExample.tsx
---
Here is a 1-liner about my example
```
Optionally, you can:
- Add `hide: true` to the frontmatter to remove the example from the
list (you can skip the description this way)
- Add `order: 3` to control the order in which the example appears.
They're alphabetical otherwise
- Add some more description or links to docs below a `---`. This won't
show in the listing, but will be visible on GitHub and on the example
page itself.
As a follow-up, I'd like to add an 'Open in CodeSandbox' link to each
example. These won't work until we've made a release with these examples
(as our special examples codesandbox is tied to our release process) but
the code is there & ready to go!
Have a play, let me know what you think!

Right now this examples app looks exactly the same as our old examples
app, but there are a couple of tiny differences:
- We use `vite` instead of our own esbuild setup for development and
bundling
- We use `@tldraw/assets` for smart asset hashing instead of copying the
assets to a public folder
You can use `@tldraw/assets` with vite with a bunch of extra config, but
it (plus a bunch of other bundlers) also support a special syntax for
specifying asset urls: `new URL('./my/asset.svg',
import.meta.url).href`. This approach is more standards-complient, but
doesn't work with every bundler just yet. This diff also adds a
url-based version of `@tldraw/assets`, although I'd like to tweak the
entry point - right now you need to import from
`@tldraw/assets/lib/urls`, but i'd like to find a way to get this to
`@tldraw/assets/urls` or something at some point.
There are a couple other extra fixes in here:
- vscode builds were broken, they're fixed now!
- there's also a little tweak to the `getBundlerAssetUrls` API to allow
passing in a function instead of an object for URL formatting
- there are new internal-only functions for injecting asset urls
globally instead of passing them in via react props. this means we can
get the benefits of cacheable URLs without having to clutter our
examples by passing them in
