This PR:
- shrinks the distance for edge scrolling and insets the distance for
coarse pointers
- adds edge inset tracking
## Scroll distances
Rather than increasing the distance, we move the "zero" in from the
edges, so that the middle of a honkin' fat finger would be at "zero"
when the edge of the finger is touching the edge of the screen. This is
a bit more reliable than looking at just the component size.
## Inset tracking
We now track whether a shape's edges are identical to the edges of the
document body. When an edge is inset, we extend the edge scrolling
distance outside of the component, so that dragging PAST the edge of the
component will scroll. When an edge is NOT inset, we bring that distance
into the component's bounds, so that dragging NEAR TO the edge will
begin to scroll.

Looks like tests fail on `main` ([example of a
PR](https://github.com/tldraw/tldraw/actions/runs/7475025477/job/20342349739?pr=2438)
that should not be failing). This fixes them.
For some reason this [line didn't update
it](https://github.com/tldraw/tldraw/blob/main/scripts/lib/publishing.ts#L61).
Will look into it, but I guess we can merge this to unblock stuff.

In #2198, we introduced a regression on ios around image exports. ios
will block copys if they're not called syncronously in a UI event. It's
important to make ios copys like this:
```ts
navigator.clipboard.write(new ClipboardItem(getStuffToCopyAsAPromise())
```
instead of
```ts
getStuffToCopyAsAPromise().then(stuff => {
navigator.clipboard.write(new ClipboardItem(stuff))
})
```
We've written and fixed this bug a few times, which i think is because
of how our export/copy code is written: the formatting is interspersed
with interacting with the browser APIs, which makes it hard to change
one without accidentally affecting the other.
This diff fixes the bug, but also restructures our export/copy code: all
the formatting is handled by `exportToBlob` and related which just
return `Blob`s. This leaves `copyAs`, `exportAs` etc. to just handle
interacting with the browser APIs.

Fixes an issue with frame clipping paths. In fact, this should also
solve other issues we might have with intersect. Seems like our
`pointInPolygon` did not correctly detect that points in the corners or
on the edges of the polygon are in fact part of the polygon.
When calculating the intersection of two regular, intersecting
rectangles the`intersectPolygonPolygon` was returning a polygon with 2,
3, or sometimes even 0 points, which also could result in an error when
dragging one frame out of another frame.
It seems that for all intents and purposes the `pointInPolygon` function
should also consider corners and edges, but maybe we might want to
rename it?

They show as a list on the index page, and on individual examples they
show in a three-js style sidebar. For now, this is disabled completely
on mobile. Examples can still be opened in 'standalone' mode to get rid
of the sidebar.
Note: the 'view code' link won't work until after these changes are
merged.
There's a small impact on authoring examples: each one needs to live in
a folder with a README.md. At a minimum, the readme needs to look like
this:
```md
---
title: My Example
component: ./MyExample.tsx
---
Here is a 1-liner about my example
```
Optionally, you can:
- Add `hide: true` to the frontmatter to remove the example from the
list (you can skip the description this way)
- Add `order: 3` to control the order in which the example appears.
They're alphabetical otherwise
- Add some more description or links to docs below a `---`. This won't
show in the listing, but will be visible on GitHub and on the example
page itself.
As a follow-up, I'd like to add an 'Open in CodeSandbox' link to each
example. These won't work until we've made a release with these examples
(as our special examples codesandbox is tied to our release process) but
the code is there & ready to go!
Have a play, let me know what you think!

### Release Notes
- Don't allow edges resizing on mobile. The only exception is a single
text shape.
When we handle pixel ratios in .png files, we were rounding the pixel
ratio to the nearest integer. This mean that if an image had a pixel
ration less than 0.5, it would get rounded to zero. This would cause a
divide-by-zero on the width & height of the image which would crash the
app.
This has a couple fixes:
- we ignore pixel ratios less that 1
- we perform rounding _after_ we apply the pixel ratio to the
width/height

To prevent that being an issue before we had a warning that would
trigger if signia detects multiple initializations.
> Multiple versions of @tldraw/state detected. This will cause
unexpected behavior. Please add "resolutions" (yarn/pnpm) or "overrides"
(npm) in your package.json to ensure only one version of @tldraw/state
is loaded.
Alas I think this warning triggers too often in development
environments, e.g. during HMR or janky bundlers.
Something that can prevent the need for this particular warning is
having a global singleton version of signia that we only instantiate
once, and then re-use that one on subsequent module initializations. We
didn't do this before because it has a few downsides:
- breaks HMR if you are working on signia itself, since updated modules
won't be used and you'll need to do a full refresh.
- introduces the possibility of breakage if we remove or even add APIs
to signia. We can't rely on having the latest version of signia be the
first to instantiate, and we can't allow later instantiations to take
precedence since atoms n stuff may have already been created with the
prior version. To mitigate this I've introduced a `apiVersion` const
that we can increment when we make any kind of additions or removals. If
there is a mismatch between the `apiVersion` in the global singleton vs
the currently-initializing module, then it throws.
Ultimately i think the pros outweigh the cons here, i.e. far fewer
people will see and have to deal with the error message shown above, and
fewer people should encounter a situation where the editor appears to
load but nothing changes when you interact with it.

visible in the viewport.

### Release Notes

Fix `instance_page_state` migrations. We discovered this in a file that
a user sent.
I updated the existing migration since it caused data loss. It looks
like we had a few migrations dealing with `croppingShapeId`:
- First we added the prop with the name `croppingShapeId` and value of
`null` (`AddCroppingId` migration)
- We then have a dummy migration, which doesn't change anything
(`RenameProperties` migration)
- We then override the existing value of `croppingShapeId` with an
non-existent property `croppingId`. This clears out the value and leads
to data loss. (`RenamePropertiesAgain` migration).
So we now avoid that by first looking at `croppingShapeId`, but we still
keep the `croppingId` as a fallback. Felt safer this way.

Fixes an issue where the editor reference in shape utils was not up to
date with the editor returned from `useEditor`. Actually, the whole util
was the incorrect one and was holding a reference to the previous
instantiation of the editor.
This only occurred in dev mode, but could also happen in other cases
where editor is created multiple times. To see the kinds of issues this
causes in dev mode you can do the following:
1. Create an image, crop it.
2. Refresh the page.
3. Select the image, then double click it to enter crop mode.
4. You will not see the cropped area of the image. You need to change
the crop slightly and then it suddenly appears. This is because this
changes props, which reruns the memoized function.

Open this PR in different browsers, and you will see that the svg below
will render differently in different browsers. The svg was exported from
our staging.
Seems like Chrome handles `clip-path` when set via the style differently
than Safari and Firefox. I've reworked the logic so that it now uses a
`clip-path` definition and applies that to the image.

This PR makes several improvements to the behavior of arrows as they
relate to precision and container relationships.
- an arrow's terminals are always "true" and are never snapped to { x:
.5, y: .5 } as they were previously when not precise
- instead, a new `isPrecise` boolean is added to the arrow terminal
- when an arrow terminal renders "imprecisely" it will be placed to the
center of the bound shape
- when an arrow terminal renders "precisely" it will be placed at the
normalized location within the bound shape

The logic now is...
- if the user has indicated precision by "pausing" while drawing the
arrow, it will be precise
- otherwise...
- if both of an arrow's terminals are bound to the same shape, both will
be precise
- if a terminal is bound to a shape that contains the shape that its
opposite terminal is bound to, it will be precise
- if a terminal is bound to a shape that contains the shape that its
opposite terminal is bound to, it will be precise
- or else it will be imprecise
If the spatial relationships change, the precision may change as well.

### Release Notes
- Improves the logic about when to draw "precise" arrows between the
center of bound shapes.
This is an attempt at #1989. The big issue there is when `shapeUtils`
change when you're relying on tldraw to provide you with the store
instead of providing your own. Our `useTLStore` component had a bug
where it would rely on effects & a ref to detect when its options had
changed whilst still scheduling updates. Fresh opts would come in, but
they'd be different from the ones in the ref, so we'd schedule an
update, so the opts would come in again, but they'd still be different
as we hadn't run effects yet, and we'd schedule an update again (and so
on).
This diff fixes that by storing the previous opts in state instead of a
ref, so they're updating in lockstep with the store itself. this
prevents the update loop.
There are still situations where we can get into loops if the developer
is passing in custom tools, shapeUtils, or components but not memoising
them or defining them outside of react. As a DX improvement, we do some
auto-memoisation of these values using shallow equality to help with
this issue.

Our ink has kinda homely elbows sometimes. This PR believes elbows can
and should be beautiful.
The way this is achieved is by partitioning the points fed into
perfect-freehand at elbow points, and then rendering each partition
separately.
Doing this naively ballooned the size of the SVG path data so I also did
a tiny bit of refactoring to allow us to use the SVG arc command. At the
same time we are able to easily omit some of the points around the
beginnings and ends of segments thanks to the nature of the corners.
All of this results in an average 13% reduction in SVG path data size
over the current version.

There was an issue with preventing grouping of a shape and an arrow
bound to it.
There was another issue where you had a shape and an unbound arrow
grouped. If you then tried to bind the arrow to the shape it would
ungroup the two.
The underlying issue for both was the same and it goes something like
this:
1. We group the shape and the bound arrow.
2. This reparents both of them to the group.
3. This triggers `registerAfterChangeHandler` cb.
4. This reparents the arrow and it reparents it to the page since we
only have one binding.
5. This then triggers `onChildrenChange` in `GroupShapeUtil` which
removes the group.

Adds a new prop to force mobile mode layout, similar to how the
?layout=mobile query param works.
An alternative of having the prop accept a breakpoint number was
considered, but while that provides more flexibility, it's best if
usages of tldraw don't need to know about the internal workings of
tldraw. (e.g. someone might use breakpoint 7 to get the "desktop" mode,
but that won't be reliable when in the future more breakpoints are

After the dialog is closed the `body` still has `pointer-events: none`
applied to it. Looks like a radix issue in an older version:
https://github.com/radix-ui/primitives/issues/1241
To test this in our private repo you also need to run `yarn dedupe` to
make this work. Otherwise some old dependencies are kept and make this
not work.

It looks like loading the file unfocused the editor. And since it
[wasn't focused we didn't register keyboard
shortcuts](https://github.com/tldraw/tldraw/blob/mitja/fix-keyboardshortcuts/packages/tldraw/src/lib/ui/hooks/useKeyboardShortcuts.ts#L27).

### Change Type
- [x] `patch` — Bug fix
Fixes printing. The issue is that SPA added an additional `root` div to
the body and all our elements now live inside of that. The following css
stopped working because of that.
```css
body > * {
display: none;
}
```
For now I just added a rule to hide the `tldraw__editor`, which should
be a relatively safe thing to do.
We should think about improving this down the line:
1. We should allow the user to tell us about the root of where the
tldraw lives and then target elements based on that (or allow users to
customize the `usePrint` and other similar features)
2. We probably should not append stuff directly to the `body` as we
currently do.

panel), Toolbar (overflowing tools).
### Release Notes
- Hide the horizontal scrollbar in the vertical alignment for Firefox.
this PR does a couple of things when creating bookmarks
- any time a url was pasted it was previously calling `fetch` on the url
to check whether the url is an image that we have cors access to. In
that case we can paste the image itself rather than a bookmark. But
that's gonna be a relatively rare use case, and the check itself seemed
to cost anywhere from 200ms to +1s which is certainly not worth it when
the fallback behaviour (create a regular bookmark) is fine. So i moved
that check behind a url pathname extension check. i.e. if the url
pathname ends with .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .svg, or .png, then it will check
whether we can paste the image directly, otherwise it will always do a
regular bookmark.
- we create an asset-less bookmark shape on the canvas while we wait for
the asset to load if it is not already available. This means the user
gets immediate feedback that their paste succeeded, but they won't see
the actual bookmark details for a little bit.
It looks like this

This PR removes all mentions of "(optional)" from our jsdocs. This is
for:
* consistency — many of our jsdocs don't mention "(optional)" for
optional parameters. The developer is expected to use the type
definition to find this out. But it's a bit unclear because we use
"(optional)" in many places too.
* docs site — on our docs site, we use type definitions to figure out
what is optional, and what isn't. We use that info to denote optional
parameters. It looks funny having two "(optional)"s on a page. We
*could* strip them, but it's probably better to just remove them at the
source.

### Test Plan
Easiest to test on one of our iPads.
1. Take a photo with the iPad camera. (they're big photos)
2. Insert the photo to the canvas with the 'insert media' tool.

- [ ] End to end tests
### Release Notes
- Fixed big images being too big to get added to the canvas.

This PR fixes a bug where the indicator on a locked group (or any
shape!) would not appear when the shape was unlocked. This happens
because the `memo` equality checker filtered out changes to the shape's
locked property if they did not effect any other properties.

Closes#2051
This was another bug related to the usage of parent-scope `let`
assignments to avoid stack allocations in a hot code path, so I switched
to `const`s and local `let`s which we really should have done last week.
I think the compiler should be able to optimize this well enough.

There was a bug where hovering over the slider for opacity didn't
resolve the tooltip properly, due to accessing object property
incorrectly. This PR fixes this bug. The bug's reproduction video has
been attached below.

This PR:
1. Adds a `renderingOnly` option to the `Editor.getShapeAtPoint` method.
When true, the method will only hit test against rendering shapes
(shapes that are inside of the current `renderingBounds`) rather than
all shapes on the canvas.
2. Includes some low level improvements to the way that edges find their
nearest point.
3. Includes a fix to circle geometry that could produce NaN values
### Change Type
- [x] `minor` — New feature
### Test Plan
1. Check whether hovering shapes still works as you would expect.
- [x] Unit Tests
### Release Notes
- Improve perf for hovering shapes / shape hit tests
This PR adds an additional migration that fixes a bad (a->a) migration
that I added in the previous version.
