[4/5] sync -> sync-core, sync-react -> sync (#4123) Renames `@tldraw/sync` to `@tldraw/sync-core`, and `@tldraw/sync-react` to `@tldraw/sync`. This also adds an export * from sync-core to sync. - [x] `other`
