In order for the image to be built, some patches need to be ported to 3.19. Add the relevant patches. Note that most of them (if not all) should be merged in 3.20, removing the need to carry them on then. Subject: [PATCH] pinctrl: mvebu: a38x: Add UART1 muxing options

The MPP19 and MMP20 pins also have the ability to be muxed to the uart1

function.

Add this case to the pinctrl driver.
