Add an alternative nslookup applet implementation which is compatible with
musl libc wrt. name server selection and which supports a number of additional
features such as query type selection.

The devmem applet allows poking at HW registers and as such is a
valuable tool to have to avoid recompiling kernels or resorting to
external HW adapters to modify HW behavior.
