swconfig: Bugfix switch_port uci option parsing
When not defining 'device' or 'vlan' in relevant switch_port uci sections, behaviour is inconsistent due to *devn, *port and *vlan pointers not being zero initialized. Signed-off-by: Ben Kelly <ben@benjii.net>
