package: move distfeeds.conf from opkg to base-files All the relevant options used for distfeeds.conf are part of base-files, so it makes more sense to move the file there as well. This has the added benefit that the we can share the opkg package again, reducing the amount of target specific packages. licensing: Add licensing metadata to many packages Two new variables are introduces to many packages, namely PKG_LICENSE and PKG_LICENSE_FILES - there may be more than one license applied to packages, and these are listed in the PKG_LICENSE variable and separated by spaces. All relevant license files are also added to the PKG_LICENSE_FILES variable, also space separated. The licensing metadata is put into the bin/<platform>/packages/Packages file for later parsing. Lightweight package management system
opkg is the opkg Package Management System, for handling
installation and removal of packages on a system. It can
recursively follow dependencies and download all packages
necessary to install a particular package.
opkg knows how to install both .ipk and .deb packages.
