74db55a982 config: deprecated symbol CONFIG_LEDS_GPIO_PLATFORM 
CONFIG_LEDS_GPIO_PLATFORM went away a while ago.

Also, most platforms comment out CONFIG_LEDS_GPIO but not x86 for some reason.

23b2bd9494 linux-atm: update solos-pci driver to upstream 
Fixes for the solos-pci driver.

- Corrects calculation of headroom for padding.
- Removes pointless debug messages.
- Expose Bis A and Bis M annex capabilities.
