Currently the maximum image size defaults to 8Mbyte even though this model has 16Mbyte of flash memory.
Tested and works on my device.

- common defines left in main Makefile
- each subtarget makefile idefed with SUBTARGET
- all subtargets compile tested
- few seems to be broken/unneeded things marked with FIXME
