ad510c4d62 wwan: json format in some modem definitions
Method used:
```
cd package/network/utils/wwan/files/data
sed -e 's/}}/}/g' -i *
sed -e 's/}\t"acm": 1/\t"acm": 1/g' -i *
sed -e 's/}\t"generic": 1/\t"generic": 1/g' -i *
```

Manually adjusted commas.
Validated with
```
for f in `ls` ; do echo $f ; python -m json.tool < $f || break ; done
```

4ba2f4dc63 DWR-512: adding wwan support for the dwr-512 3G modem
This PR allow the 3G modem embedded in the DWR-512 to be managed
by the wwan-ncm scripts. The modem will use the usb-option and
usb-cdc-ether drivers.
The DWR-512 DT is updated accordingly.

3f0f0b8ece wwan: Improve USB modem hotplug script
Adds ncm proto to the list of checked protocols, sets interfaces
unavailable on device removal and removes the unnecessary ifup
command.

dfb9e7c31c comgt, wwan: Move USB data files to wwan package
USB modem data files should be a part of the wwan package, which
actually uses them unlike comgt.
