uci: add missing 'option' support to uci_rename()
When using the uci.sh wrapper, allow parameters to match those supported by the uci binary i.e. "uci rename <config>.<section>[.<option>]=<name>". Signed-off-by: Tony Ambardar <itugrok@yahoo.com>
