ar71xx: fix TP-Link Archer C7 v4 switch LEDs

Match mapping of the switch LEDs according to the TP-Link
firmware behavior. LAN port 1 triggers the most right LAN LED,
LAN port 2 the second LAN LED from the right and so on.
