* final.c (PUT_JUMP_TABLES_IN_TEXT_SECTION): New.
(shorten_branches): Replace JUMP_TABLES_IN_TEXT_SECTION with
PUT_JUMP_TABLES_IN_TEXT_SECTION.
(final_scan_insn): Likewise.
