Subject: [PATCH 071/182] spi: qup: Depend on ARM && COMPILE_TEST to avoid

This driver uses writel_relaxed() which does not exist in x86, ppc, etc.

Make it depend on ARM && COMPILE_TEST to avoid below build error:
